51 Kondazian Street is a one story cement building covered with vines in a mostly residential neighborhood. Parking is allowed on our side of the street in front of our building or homes on the street. Please avoid blocking driveways or parking in local lots that belong to the Public Conversations Project or the Atrium school.

You can access the 51 Kondazian Street location from the following main routes:

• 128 North to the Mass Pike via Newton Corner, Watertown Square to route 16 to Arlington Street to Grove Street to Kondazian Street.
• 128 South to Trapelo Road East to Arlington Street to Grove Street to Kondazian Street
• Route 16 from Cambridge to Arlington Street to Grove St to Kondazian Street
• Memorial Drive or Storrow Drive to Greenough Boulevard to Grove Street to Kondazian Street

When you arrive at 51 Kondazian Street, enter the front door of the building. You will be in the waiting room. Walk to the next door which has a set of door bells on the left side. Press the door bell with my name on it and have a seat.

2 Regency Plaza, Suite 4, Providence, RI 02903

The Regency Plaza is a three-building complex that is located on Washington Street in the block between the main branch of the Providence Public Library and Route 95.  The complex contains apartments and some offices.  Liz Brenner’s office is located in Two Regency Plaza, also known as the West Building of the Regency Plaza.  Suite 4 is located off of the main lobby.  To access the parking area, enter the gated parking area on Washington Street between the two Regency Plaza buildings on Washington Street.  To access the parking area, pull up to the security system before the gate and say “Building 2, Suite 4” when the call is answered.  Drive straight ahead and take a left at the end.  Take the next left and park in the lot that you drive into.  When you enter building Two from that door, our suite is on the right at the end of the foyer area.  Enter the door to suite 4, proceed into the waiting room and have a seat.

FROM THE NORTH

From 95 South, exit at the Atwells Avenue exit.  At the top of the ramp, go straight through the light, driving parallel to 95.  Go through one more light.  At the third light, Washington Street, turn left  Go over Route 95.  Go through the light on the other side of Route 95.  You will see the Regency Plaza complex on your left.  There is a driveway between the two buildings.  Turn left in to the driveway.

FROM THE SOUTH

From 95 South, exit at the Broadway Avenue exit.  Stay to the right and take a right at the light at the top of the ramp onto Broadway.  Go two short blocks and turn right on to Empire Street.  Go two blocks and turn right on to Washington Street.  Go one block past the library and through the traffic light.  The Regency Plaza is in the next block on the right.  Turn right into the driveway between the two buildings.

FROM 195 WEST

Go West on 195.  Take the exit to 95 north.  Stay to the right and take the first exit, Broadway.  Follow the directions above (From the South) from the exit ramp.
