Register for Family Therapy Intensive Program

Program Cost and Details: $1900, plus a $50 application fee

  • Food, some transportation expenses and lodging for the weekend retreat are included in the cost of the program.
  • Enrollment will be limited to 18 participants.

  • Please complete this registration form and mail it with a CV or summary of your work experience prior to attending interview.

Course Requirements
A group informational interview is required prior to acceptance in the Intensive Program. The interview provides orientation to the program and insures that the program is a good fit for participants. Call 617-924-9255 or email liz@familytherapytrainingboston.com to schedule an interview or for other program information. Please complete registration form and mail with a CV or summary of your work experience prior to attending interview.
Program Cost
  • Application fee: $50 (can be applied to future workshop if you do not attend the program)
  • Group Registration rates: We encourage you attend with your friends/colleagues! Groups of two or more will have their application fee waived.
  • Early registration discount: application fee will also be waived if you pay your deposit by 5/31/2010
  • Deposit: $100 due after acceptance into the course to hold your spot.

Payment Options
  • Pay in installments of $180 for 10 months
  • $1800 payment (one payment due on or before 9/17)
  • Some partial scholarships funds and work study options are available.
CEU Requirements
Participants MUST attend 100% of the program to earn the 81 CEUs per day requested for MSW's, MHC's and MFT's. CEU certificates will be given at the end of the last day of the course after you are fully paid and have completed the evaluation form.
Cancellations and Refunds
  • No refunds are available unless a written request is received 21 days before the program starts. A $50 administrative fee will be deducted from all refunds. No cancellations will be honored beyond this time frame.
  • Weather cancellations are consistent with the decision of the Watertown, MA school system.  If Watertown is cancelled or delayed, the day will be as well; snow days will be rescheduled.
Special Accommodations
If you require special accommodations, please submit a written statement at least 30 days prior to the program to see if we can meet your needs.
Grievance policy
Submit a written complaint.  If the complaint is not resolved by Liz Brenner, she will consult with another faculty member for a second opinion to resolve the problem.
